  I live on the other side of the state in the mountains of Western NC. Their satellite tech from Forest City, Jerry, was the one to come to my house to repair my TV. Repair was still under warranty, so no cost was associated.
  
  I found Jerry to be very polite and professional. He was in, replaced parts and was out the door in roughly 30 minutes leaving me with a working TV again.
  
  I would highly recommend giving them a call.
