  Stood in line at the printing center for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by either staff member. I only needed to pick up a print job, and would have been fine if they had just acknowledged me and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. The total lack of customer service cost them an over $900.00 printing deal. I won't be back.
