  Had to have my Lincoln Navigator serviced, called ahead to Parkway Ford (Ford owns Lincoln), and to this Lincoln dealership. Was going to have it towed to the Ford dealership simply b/c the women on the phone were RUDE at the Lincoln dealership....but I wanted a special accessory, so I went to the Lincoln dealership just to be safe. The Lincoln dealership didn't have the part anyway, and tried to tell me it didn't exist ( I got it the next day at home at the Raleigh Lincoln dealership), and they were extremely RUDE! If I ever need service in Winston again on my Lincoln I will go to Parkway Ford!
