  would love to have given my business to this local cake supplier but was left on hold for 15 mins!!!!! And it wasn't the typical hold where you hear self-promotions or music, but the phone laid down on the counter while you listen to everything going on in the store. Common courtesy and good customer service would prompt at least going back to the caller after a few minutes to tell them the reason for the delay. Hopefully this seen as an opportunity to improve oneself and avoid losing the next potential customer!
