  Car and rental where fine, it was after would that Hertz showed true colors. When rented I agreed on amount and also amount that would be held on my account. Returned car on time with plenty gas,on Saturday. then on Monday I noticed a charge on Sunday then a charge on Monday, for something I did not authorize. End up hold almost 500.00 for a two day rental on my account, my account went below the amount needed to pay my bills. I was not told of any additional charges nor authorized any. Call Customer service and they say that due to computer process [which apparently there computers don't work weekends] it charged my account double what I authorized [computers don't work on weekend, but accountants do cause they charged my account on Sunday]. i would not recommend Hertz unless you just have a lot of money you don't need.

  Not satisfied at all with these people they will take money without even asking you or having your permission. Very poor people only care about them and making money for themselves. Definitely will never rent from here again.
