  I purchased a recliner love seat and it was delivered. Three days later one of the reclining controls stopped working. I contacted customer service and had to wait two weeks for the repair. Nine months later some of the upholstery pulled away from the frame. It took a week and a half to get a service repair. A month later I had another problem and call the store manager but was never allowed to speak to the manager. The lady that I did speak with just referred me to customer service. I contacted customer service and stayed on hold for over 20 minuets before anyone came on the line to schedule my service call. There several other details that I could mention but for the sake of time I won’t. I will never make another purchase from Conn’s and I not refer anyone to Conn’s.
