  My Leaf Guard Basset Gutters have LEAKED from the start. Bassett installed over 100 feet of gutters for me several years ago. There are 5 corners and three of them have dripped water behind the corner. I called them, they came out and added some caulk, and left. I called them again, and their technician then discovered that the leaks were funneling water behind the gutter and rotting the facia board and the end of the roof joist. Basset fixed the fascia behind one gutter corner, reinstalled the gutter, and yet the corner continued to leak. When I called again, they sent out their "expert" who told me "I know just how to fix this." I never heard a thing from the company. Now, the rotting has continued and the deck below the leak is rotting too. I'm calling them again today with little hope.
  I would NEVER have used this company if I knew they treated a customer this way. I wish I could give them NO star.
