  I have to say that I was a bit skeptical of coming to this location because of the reviews. I didn't have a appointment with the location I just showed up with my issues with my Dodge Ram Truck. Come to find out the Crew that works there was very understanding and friendly. The customer service representatives were helpful and very nice to every customer that came in for service. I got to talk to the mechanic that was working on my truck and he seemed very knowledgeable of his job. Tom the store manager at this location is a great person to work with he went over and Beyond his job today to help me out. I would recommend this location to anyone. I will return. I want to add that the store itself is a clean environment. I seen how they take care of their people as well as their store. while I was monitoring them with plans to review them later after I left. You should give this location an opportunity to show you that most of these reviews are BS. Keep Up The Good Work AAA Car Center.

  Put my turn signal in incorrectly. Didn't notice until I was almost home. I didn't check it because they had told me they'd be extra careful because last time they improperly replaced my headlight and I had to stop at a dealership on the way out of state to have it fixed. The dealership told me it was just "dangling". AAA-WINSTON didn't even offer to refund the labor cost for not getting the job done. The headlight in my car is tricky but the turn signal is pretty basic so I fixed it at home. After I called, very upset about it, they did tell me to come by and get a refund ($11 labor for improper placement of a turn signal) when I requested it.
