  There has to be easier options for tuxedo's in this area. This store is so difficult to deal with. The manager loves to hear himself talk and it's impossible to get a straight answer about anything. If he'd shut his mouth for just 3 seconds, he might hear what questions the customer is asking.
  
  We just wanted an idea of cost ranges and the process for actually reserving tux's - after two visits to the store, and a phone call, we never got answers. One minute they stress that weddings are always given priority with their inventory. The next minute we're being told we won't be able to reserve an item (even though it's currently available) because of upcoming proms. It isn't worth the hassle. We 're going elsewhere.
