  Was first told over the telephone that they would be available and would send me a quote. Had to contact corporate a few days later to receive my quote only to find out that the move date was no longer available. After all that I received a call from the local company again stating that it was available.
  I can’t trust this company to show up and would recommend finding a moving company that can better keep track of their communications and schedule.

  For the price i thought i’d have stellar service. Courteous, yes. punctual, yes. But falling short on professionalism. To start the guys that moved me acted like they weren’t trained on how to properly pack materials;took frequent breaks sitting in the truck; they lost pieces of furniture; damaged my appliances and even asked to stop at a gas station for a drink otw to the second location!
  
  To make matters worse when I reported everything they tried to nickel and dime me when I asked for a partial refund! I hate to call corporate since the manager essentially ignored me for 3weeks.
  
  This seemed like such an easy choice esp after the great reviews but i’ll never use this company again.
