  Had an appointment at 4 o'clock for me and my son got there at 3:56pm young man in the chair which is understandable then three other people was called to the chair after him waited (2hrs 17mins)only because my son wanted his hair cut I didn't even get one saved my $20 for drinks lord knows I needed it. If you are a new customer no point in making an appointment it don't matter.
