  Had good experiences previously but my most recent visit was unsatisfactory. Went to get the dog hair vacuumed out, so I chose the Gold $20 wash. Didn't pay much attention to the results because they normally do a good job but later noticed lots of dog hair still remained. I returned the next day and the man said that it couldn't be removed with a vacuum. He did not want to vacuum it again and did not want to give me a refund. I will not be returning.
