  Not able to give negative stars. I came to them with a serious problem. They even admitted to their mistake and still took no responsibility for it. Bank manager was a major smartass on the phone with me. Very rude and extremely disrespectful. Tired of losing money banking with Suntrust. Save yourself some headache and take your business somewhere else!!!
