    I am a new citizen and first time (and last time) user of this facility. I came to drop off a large amount of cardboard and looked carefully at each sign. I went to the bin labeled for cardboard and dropped off my cardboard. I realized that one of the boxes had a small (grocery bag) plastic bag and styrofoam in it. I then looked around the facility for general trash but saw no clear sign. I saw others putting assorted trash in the bins at the end and went to do the same. Then an employee of this facility ran up to me (not when I was looking around trying to figure our their process, but after) and told me I couldn't do that and would have to have it weighed. I said it was just a small bag and he raised his tone of voice and said it wasn't allowed. The unclear directions and attitude over something so petty is not good practice.
