  Rainbow has gone down in upkeep and quality over the past several years. Once a clean and well kept laundromat with fully functional appliances, it has now fallen into disrepair. The first row of toploaders contained detergent I would suspect placed there by unsupervised children. Every third or fourth machine had an "out of order" sticker on them. You guys used to be wonderful. What happened?
