  Staff and mainenence are amazing. The landlord and office staff are friendly and helpful, and not only is the mainenence man good at his job but things get done quickly and he goes the extra mile. Kids are polite. Apartments are spacious with lots of storage. Everything else is terrible. Extremely noisy neighbors yelling at each other and blasting music til 4am (though some are quiet and friendly), kids screaming while playing literally 6 feet from my patio door even though none of them live in my building. We can hear everything our upstairs neighbor does (I mean EVERYTHING) because the floors are so thin. Police are in and out semi-frequently and drugs are a problem. There is glass, garbage, cigarrette butts, and dog feces everywhere (even though maintenence does their best to keep things clean), so much so that I don't let my toddler venture far from our patio. Old appliances. Drafty. To top it off, there is no longer an office on site. If management could keep out the riffraff it wouldn't be so bad but unfortunately you can't always tell until it's too late.
