  This is my second time here, both have been bad and long. It will be my last. It's currently 7:15pm, I've been here since 4pm waiting on an alignment... Haven't had anyone speak to me yet, they finally pulled my truck in the shop 90 minutes ago and ive noticed 3 different people switching off from working on my truck then going to do something else and another person jumps in. It shouldn't take 90+min and 3 different guys to line the front end up... Not to mention almost 3.5 hours. Obviously the guys in the shop do not know what they're doing, which isn't very assuring when they're working on your steering components... This will be my last visit to this painfully slow circus of a shop.
