  Needed to read before you coming to this location: My review is not about Metro PCS Services, My review is about this location. so don't get confused, To start I want to say do you homework before you try to buy anything from prepaid cell phones providers because retail stores will try to steal your money special this location. I walk in about a week ago trying to get the free samsung j7 phone for free, just as a reference you can get this phone for free as long you port in a number to metro pcs from another cell phone provider. I was told yes it's available so I decide to start the transaction on moving from boost Mobile to Metro Pcs, long short story when it was time to pay "Tito" ( manager name ) told $104, so I ask why so much if the phone is free, he told me I have to get the $50 plan + sales taxes on the phone + activation fees, so I told him I was thinking on getting the $40 dollar plan and since I porting in a number that should be everything I had to pay. He continued to BS me and tell me is not him is the company policy and to make it a better deal he was going to give me a free screen protector. I didn't want to deal with him any more and left, the next day I when to another MetroPcs store in Greensboro and I told them what had happen the day before and they told me if you want the phone we got it and I will be paying only $40 because taxes are included. so 30 min after I left Metro Pcs with my samsung j7 for free and first month of services for $40, so be carefully coming into this store the manager "Tito" he will trying to steal you money, base on what I was told if the phone is free you don't have to pay anything else as long as you port in a number to metro so good luck!!
