  My cousin and I went to find a phone and Satori was our rep. She was so unprofessional and made us feel awkward and uncomfortable. She went from talking about her personal business to getting an attitude. I hope no one has to encounter this woman she seems mentally unstable. Due to our terrible experience we're now going to shop for phones at another location because we do love metro. Her attitude really stinks and I hope she gets help with her current situation.
