  Once again the service here stinks. The person in charge of managing payments and charges does not even try to be helpful or thorough. We have paid our ENTIRE balance. We received a final bill back in June for which we sent payment through our bank. Some weeks later we received a notice saying the balance had not been paid. I tried messaging through the patient portal on multiple occasions and got short, incomplete responses each time. I finally had to get permission from my boss to make some personal calls while at work because they are closed during lunch. I provided a copy of my bank statement showing the money leaving our account. They said they never got it. I called the bank and verified that the mailed check was not cashed. The bank voided the check and I payed via card online. Today, we received a notice that we are being charged for "insufficient funds." Apparently somebody found the originally mailed check and attempted to cash it after it had been voided. Now I am unable to call or even leave a voice message after business hours. My husband and I will have to take time off work to come in person and deal with this. It has been MONTHS!!!! I'm so ready to be done with this so I never have to talk to them again. I will NEVER recommend Lyndhurst's services. The doctors were fine. The service is horrible.
