  Without a doubt, the rudest customers I've ever seen in a retail environment. If you're in the mood to watch underpaid employees be abused by a bunch of old, entitled coupon Betties, watch the spectacle here. I had the distinct, unpleasant experience of watching the woman in front of me at the check out line berate the poor cashier for having the audacity to calmly explain to her that her coupon wasn't valid. The woman actually yelled at the cashier, who had absolutely nothing to do with the coupon in the first place. The cashier was so polite; I felt so bad for her.
