  I had Tammy F file my taxes. I told her I wanted to do the refund advance. She finished my tax return and did not put in for the advance. There is no way to stop the return or reapply for the advance. On top of that. ..I missed an appointment and the rep called me and said, " usually when people are going to miss an appointment they call first". It was a man and he was EXTREMELY rude. So I called later and reschedule with Tammy. Then got my taxes filed and ignored my request for refund advance. I will NEVER have them file taxes for me again. Next year I will do it myself. I am stuck and cannot do anything about it. Never AGAIN!
