  I just booked my appointment, and I have to say that I was a little hesitant using my Groupon because of earlier reviews. Happily, the front desk couldn't have been nicer, and I wasn't easy to book - I have some travel constraints that meant searching for a date that would work. Very impressive, and I'm looking forward to my visit!
