  I've been a member of this bank since it was Lexington State Bank (over 15 years), never have I heard of these ridiculous fees, non-processing of checks, holds and horrible customer service. My account has been closed and I will do business elsewhere. The merges you all have made were not in recognition of your customers nor to make improvements, but clearly to pad your pockets. I'm truly dissatisfied and will take my business to the Credit Union. You all are HORRIBLE!
