  Horrible experience. Worst customer service. Our family sat down and ordered “mixed” pupusas, meaning pork and cheese( 4 total per order ). Please note that it is on the menu. However, our waiter who appears to manage or own the place stated it would be too difficult to make “mixed” pupusas. He then stated that it would be easier for his kitchen staff if we just ordered two of each pupusa meaning two pork and two cheese. I was confused. I told him that it is what the customer wants to order and that it is on your menu. He refused to give me what I wanted because it would create a problem in the kitchen. “It would slow down the kitchen” “It is too complicated for my cook.” We decided to not order anything and left. He did not apologize and did not insist us to stay.

  The food here is absolutely AMAZING! The only downside is not being able to grab dinner due to the hours. Though I do completely understand. The owner is super nice!
