  They are noted as being 24 hours and accepting credit cards, but when I was towed(my fault), I had to pay for someone to come to the office and they only accepted cash. "We don't take cards in this situation". Also, the little guy that handled the transaction had a bad attitude. Seems more like a racket to me. Post your policies and don't make s**t up to inconvenience customers.
