  9/22/16. I went in to get my nails done. Was surprised I only saw one person working, whom was with a customer. I asked the lady if she could tell me about how long of a wait there would be. She said you have to wait. I said ok, about how long. She said did you pick a color. I said no, I just walked in the door. She said pick a color. So I looked at the very small selection of colors. Ask her if she had any other colors somewhere. Instead of answering me she said you pick a color there. I said ok, so that means you do not have any other colors? She pointed to the far back side of the salon. I asked again how long the wait would be,. She stated 10 minutes. I choose my color and sat for 10 minutes. I looked to see where she was on the other customer and she wasn't even half way done, so I asked her, Do you think you will be done in around another 15 minutes or so cause I can come back. She looked up at me as if I was bothering her, and said I can not do yours before I finish with this customer, you have to wait, I get to you when I can. That was more than enough for me. I left and will not be returning to City nails again. Rude, can't answer simple questions and made me feel like I was bothersome.
