  The Brookberry Park Apartments was our home for three years. From the moment we met with on -site personnel, to signing a lease, to the day we handed over our keys when we moved out - it was a FANTASTIC experience!! The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and exceeded all expectations in the area of customer service and commitment to excellence. The apartments are more than spacious, the common areas are well maintained, the maintenance staff is fast to resolve any reported issues (which were far and few between), and the neighbors are neighborly. A Winston-Salem Police Department Courtesy Officer is on-site, not that there was ever a need as the apartment complex is pretty safe all things considered. It is conveniently located to most everything and the commute is relatively easy. We recommend anyone who is looking for an issue free rental experience to give Brookberry Park Apartments a try. You won’t be disappointed.

  I love my apartment here at Brookberry Park! great location, nice apartments, and its connected to the greenway. Lauren made the move in process very easy and went above and beyond to get us moved in quickly!!
