  The location & size of apartment is wonderful itself. The 1 star is for the fact that morgan ridge clearly doesn't care / take complaints seriously. I've never been so miserable in an apartment in my life. I understand that you will hear sounds from the neighbors above you, but I cannot emphasize enough on how disrespectful + rude these neighbors are. The amount of noise they make is unbearable at times where I literally have to leave my own place because of them. Moral of the story? You can complain all you want, they will not help.
