  I have love here for over 2.5 years and have gone through 3 different owners. I pay all my bills on time. Never had any issues or complaints against me, my wife or our two pit bulls. Yesterday a lady knocked on my door but I didn’t hear it nor did my dogs beside they bark when someone is at the door. I was in the process of cleaning since I’ll be moving out in less than a month. They charged me $50.00 for having two trash bags out front my door when I still had two in the apt because I was cleaning. I have picture proof of other apts that still have trash bags on their porches and have been there for over two weeks. (I walk by them 4 times a day letting my dogs out) plus every single time I take my trash to the dumpster I have to either walk through several feet of trash. NO ONE AT THIS COMPLEX CLEANS UP THE DUMPSTER AREA NOR DO THEY CONPACT THE DUMPSTER. I have picture proof of the last time I had to take my trash down I literally could not walk into the dumpster area due to overflowing trash. plus or the size of the complex, they really should have more than one dumpster. Mill creek flats is a joke. Don’t move in.
