  I had purchased a Groupon, so I decided to check out the store while my husband picked up a few groceries. I was probably in there for 20 minutes......and walked the entire store in depth and even went around a second time looking for gift ideas. NOT ONE PERSON SAID A WORD TO ME! No "hello," No "can I help you?" NOTHING! I even had a question about one of the products, but decided to wait and see if someone would say something. It is amazing how an employee can literally be standing within feet of you, staring at you, and not say anything! I will spend my Groupon and that will be the last time I step foot in that store. All the lines they carry can be purchased elsewhere.
