  I am a fan of the chain, this one wasn't managed properly though. I mean at all. It took like 30+ minutes to get my food. All I ordered was a jambalaya bowl. I am not even joking I checked the time on the receipt after placing my order and checked my phone when I got my food. Then they were handing out orders in the wrong order because they forgot which was first. The guy at the counter ( not the cashier, but another guy that was filling the fries or something) grabbed a few fries and walked away to eat them. There was a lot of other people in front and behind me waiting on orders while this guy is getting a snack?
