  Just bad.
  I did not want to really speak out about this in the past few days but several things have been brought to my attention because people have been non stop asking me about this. I have not worked for a company before where you're value as an employee is less than the value of the company. What I mean by that is that you can't be an employee who is put on the spotlight out of nowhere and be expected to be 100% correct from the start. In order to succeed, you must go through a specific one on one training with the employee in order to help them help you. That didn't really happen as it should. The lack of respect for employees for example is one that makes no sense. You make money through your employees but can't even half way speak to them? As a leader, you should earn respect by communication not by your last name. It does not matter now since I have decided to leave and not work for this company, but I cannot recommend anyone to work for them. I value my work every day and respect my managers and people that I surround with myself on a daily basis but I can't come to an understanding... How do you make money off of me but I can't even get a "good morning how are you?" How can you fire someone and because you are angry and bitter about them that you hold their check until they decide to call and show up several times because they have bills to pay and are relying on their last check to do so? How can you let someone go with no explanation and call them to come back to work for you? How can you fire, re-hire, let this employee quit three times, and come back again? It shows how much you have no respect for the hard work of the employees that have been there 3,4,6,10 years. It is unbelievable. How can you promise your employees a pay raise and when it comes to it, you find excuses to keep lowering their pay instead? How can you let good workers go over someone who doesn't comply with the company but because they are "friends" or have family members in the company? Isn't that kind of illegal or out of the company policy? Well.... Good luck Bob King Automotive Group.
